City Of Fairfax Hosts Spotlight On The Arts ~ Art & Music Event At Sherwood Center: The City of Fairfax announces a special new art exhibition that will now be on exhibit through May 30, 2013. I am one of 45 artists from across Fairfax and Northern Virginia who have been invited to share their creative and contemporary efforts, while competing with a variety of ‘Best Of Show’ honors. My piece, 'Giraffe Fun' earned First Place award honors for fine art photography. The Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center is located at 3740 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030. -- Some pieces of my fine art photography are now hanging at the Fairfax Art League Village Gallery. The Village Gallery is located at 3950 University Drive in the Old Town Plaza within the City of Fairfax near Route 123. This gallery will be open Saturdays from 1 PM to 7 PM. They are also now having an "ART SALE!" Some of my work will also be hanging in the Fairfax Art League Old Town Hall Gallery this month, at Main Street and University Drive, right across the street -- during a Spotlight On The Arts show.
