Let me first say this is the best industry in the world, and the best people in the world.

My name is Joseph Rechis,I am an Element II Designer at Mo Bill's Salon Team , a Paul Mitchell focus salon; artistic director Mo Bill's is a Senior Associate and on the Task Force for John Paul Mitchell Systems. Through advanced education from my mentor, I have been able to stay on the cutting edge of hair designs.

A few goals I have is to of course become a Paul Mitchell National Educator, and plan on going through certification in 1 year or sooner. I would love to and will keep building my artistry with the use of Paul Mitchell and grow with my team to be on the platform.

I would love to meet forward and positive focus individuals, who seek to build their career through education and to help other stylists become successful and in return the support to become successful myself. (ie: models, photographers, make-up artists to collaborate and work together to build solid portfolios with each other.)
