My name is Josh Counsel. I am a make up artist and bodypainter with over 30 years experience. Originally from Melbourne Australia, I moved to the USA in 2001. I lived in Orlando for 10 years and in 2011 moved to Salt Lake City, Utah.
I do all genres of make up from fashion and beauty to bodypaint to advanced prosthetics.
Although I do fashion and beauty make up, I have specialised in bodypaint and prosthetic mostly these days.
I am looking to update my bodypaint portfolio. Although this does require "some" form of nudity, I am happy to work with models to keep any sensitive areas covered for their comfort, provided the piece allows for it.
I run Salt Lake Bodypaint League, a group of artists, models and photographers who meet up once per month to create bodyart and create some excellent images.

I have just opened the Make Up and Special Effects Institute in the SLC area and will be looking to put together a catalogue of models who would be interested in modeling for our bodypaint courses, which would of course be paid. If anyone would like to be added to this folder please contact me.
For me, bodyart is totally separate from erotica. I view the body canvas as an extension of the face and a means to be able to create more vivid and fantastic pieces. If you look through the few images I was able to upload here you will see this.
I have worked with many different people from A list celebrities all the way down to novice beginners and High School Students (although obviously NOT with bodypaint for them) and enjoy meeting new challenges and making new friends.
If anyone is wanting to add some bodypaint photos to their portfolio I promise to give you images that are both original and impressive.
I have quite a few non creeper photographers that I like to work with, but if you have your own people you are comfortable with then we can discuss that.
