Greetings and welcome to my little slice of Model Mayhem!!

I am a photographer (duh) based out of Campbell, California (south San Fransisco Bay) and have been shooting since 2004. I am primarily self taught and have experience in architecture, landscapes, nudes, figure studies and quite a bit of experience shooting portraits. I also just started school at the Art Institute.

I prefer to be straight forward and to the point. I fought fire for 11 years and one of the many lessons that it taught me is time is too short to "dance around the bush." It has also taught me to take life easy, be laid back... Something I try very hard to do.

To be blunt, I shoot nudes. Does that mean that every model I work with has to take their clothes off? Not around me at least... If I ask, its because I love the lines/curves of your body! My goal is to be the Ansel Adams of figure/body-scape photography. I will be more then happy to shoot any idea you may have in mind, just ask!

If we are planning a shoot; a few things to know:
1) I don't do a lot of photoshoping to my images. I am not the best at it, so I would rather keep most of my "final" images on the more basic side. I will really "work-up" an image or two, but its a slow process for me.

2) Communication is a big deal to me. I understand if you have limited computer access, that has happened to me before. If you are having computer issues or whatever, how about a phone number? In fact, trading phone numbers is never a bad idea. Also, I tend to look at the way a person handles their messages and general communication as a way to judge reliability. When it comes down to a week or less before a shoot, regular communication is expected. I understand that life can get in the way and cause timely delays...

3)If at all possible I would rather meet in person prior to shoot. I know that it might not be practical or possible. But I would like to make an attempt if you are local.

4)If you suddenly decide that you are no longer interested in shooting with me, that's cool. No worries! All I ask is that you be kind enough to say so. Please spare me the excuses, just give me the truth. I can handle it, I promise.

Again, to be blunt, I do not have the ability to pay any models right now. To put it simply, I just don't have the financial capability. I have very reasonable rates and am never opposed to a trade! I am a firm believer in the barter system. Have an idea? Need someone to shoot on a budget? Send me a message, it never hurts to ask! I may not go for it, but I dare say that we can work something out!
