Actually, I am German, but was born and grew up in Belgium. I still live in the heart of the European Union, but travel often. I can communicate in German, French, English and Dutch. I don't earn my living with photography, don't work for any magazine or agency. I am a free 'artist' and I enjoy this ability to work if, when, where I want, the way I want ... and most of all with whom I want. Don't ask me about my "style" : I am inspired by people and try to capture their personality, in my pictures. An art critic once said I'm doing "intimate portraits". Whatever she means by that, I think she may be right ...
I do not create beauty, I only take away everything that keeps you from seeing it ...
