Think about it. If someone already has over 100 friends, just how many do you think they have actually worked with? In my case I've worked with a little
over 100, but still have more I'd like to work with. I also have friends listed who have long since departed Model Mayhem. So you see how the friend thing
starts to loose it's value if I never work with you or even have the prospect of working with you.

ATTENTION ALL MODELS
If you are on the net modeling, but "only have time to do/accept paid shoots". Or you model,"because I have bills to pay", you are not a "model" I
am interested in paying or working with.
Regarding paid shoots If I have contacted you about doing a paid shoot, please read the following.
The economy is still in the dumps (unemployment at 10%). I am interested in working with models who want to shoot and not the ones who regard photographers
as ATM machines.
Until the economy improves or I get paid better, I have NO budget for models who want $100+ dollars an hour. If I can't have interested models who can work
within this budget then there will be no more paid shoots offered at all.
Effective January 1,2011. The rate I pay for ALL shoots $50.00 an hour.
I will have a, or should say am able to offer only one paid shoot a month. I realize compared to what some others have offered in the past year. The
economy is still very slow. If you are a model looking for a paid shoot, your portfolio quality should equal or exceed mine. If it does not and you still
want to work with me, please inquire about my rates. If that option is not possible, you may always inquire about doing a trade for CD/DVD shoot.
I do consider trade offers, but please be specific about this in your opening message. Models I would consider a trade shoot with should have good
skin,hair,minimal to no piercings or tattoos. Natural models are preferred for both trade and paid assignments.
Are there exceptions? No.
Why you may ask?
1.) You know the rate I am offering from the start.
2.) To eliminate haggling over compensation.
3.) To speed scheduling a shoot and discussing details.
4.) To stay focused on the joy of photography and creating new images and not have one shoot take away a full quarters budget for paid shoots.
I have lots of ideas for shoots that I'd like to try, and am constantly building material to use in other programs to create artwork. My aim is to
compensate at a level I can afford, and I am willing to provide jpegs of the images we shoot on a proof disk.

is great for fashion, editorial and beauty work, and you should think of all of these when you hire her. The time I spent with her was brief as the sun was
