About Mei am a weekend photographer. I do mainly portraiture . I'm on MM to develop my portfolio and technique, and to collaborate with other artists.
I'm encouraging passionate MUAs, hair stylists, and body painters to contact me for collaborative projects.
CreditsNOTE TO TFP MODELS: Due to some miscommunications in the past, i am writing this part of my bio for clarification of expectations.
I do not pay models. It is your time for my images.
I selectively do TFP concepts. My work is centered on proper use of photographic elements so very little digital retouching is applied.
Don't make false claims about your experience, skills, and background. I will be able to tell in the first few minutes if you are what you say.
I will offer some guidance in regards to posing but it is expected that you have a clear idea of the concept so I can concentrate on composition and lighting.
Copies of full resolution 8x12 print optimized untouched and unwatermarked jpegs will be provided to you via a download link. You will only get the final images that I feel represent both of us in the most favorable way. My (sometimes) watermarked retouched images are yours to download as well.
Please closely examine my work for an idea of how my images are post-processed. I am under no obligation to custom retouch for you in detail but will often do so as a courtesy within reason.
Come camera ready - It is highly suggested you get proper hair and makeup done if you know you have highly visible flaws that will take major retouching.
Come well rested and with a good attitude.
Chaperones are welcome, but please advise them to not be a distraction during the shoot. If you are working with a posing director, let me know ahead of time.
Please, no Divas and superstars. My shoots dont have to be a full production, and will not always require a fancy wardrobe, styling, location, and props. The joy is working with what we have available and turning it into images that wow.
