Requirements For A Booking:
*UPDATE 6/28/11* I WILL NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS THAT RELEASE ALL OF MY RIGHT TO THE PHOTOS WITHOUT SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION... TFP means NO RELEASE (unless we discuss it before hand)...
*I realize that most of the photographers like to have contracts and so do I. My contract will simply states that we BOTH HAVE RIGHTS TO THE PHOTOS (after all it is my face... you can deny you took the picture but I cannot deny it's my face) and that you are only allowed to use my photos for your portfolio, website, or what ever else you may need them for... BUT you are not allowed to use my photos for Monetary Value unless we have discussed it before the shoot with written permission from me or unless you ask to get written permission from me when something comes up. (I've had a photographer make A LOT OF MONEY from photos of me without giving me a cent ever and trust me that is not a good feeling).
*Please bring two copies of any contract you would like me to sign so I can keep a copy for my records.
*Though I appreciate the art of nude photography, I will not be shooting ANY nude photos.*
*Implied shoots are negotiable within the rate of $100 to $300 an hour depending on gig.*
*I will only do TFP shoots for tear sheets or if wardrobe/MUA/Hair Stylist is provided or if I feel like the theme will benefit my portfolio or if I really like the work of the photographer, otherwise my rates are $50 to $200 an hour depending on gig (I am always willing negotiate).*
*2 Hour Minimum Booking Required.*
*I reserve the right to bring an escort.*
*When contacting me, please send as much info about the shoot as possible.*
Examples:
-Time and Date of the Shoot
-Location of the Shoot
-Approximate Duration of The Shoot
-Type of Photo Shoot or Job
-Compensation for booking
-Do you have a MUA/stylist provided?
-Are you providing the wardrobe?
-If wardrobe is not provided what would you like me to bring?
Examples:
>What type of outfit? Colors?
>What type of undergarments should I wear? (strapless bra, etc..)
>Do you want me to bring extra shoes? Colors?
>Do you want me to bring extra jewelry?
>Do you need me to bring extra make up?
>Is there a color theme?
>Would you like me to bring any kind of props?
*Photographer must provide a CD or Website with ALL or AT LEAST MOST OF THE NEGATIVES!!! (especially with TFP shoots... a photographer once gave me less then 20 pictures out of hundreds of pictures, NOT COOL!!!)*
*Must have your written permission of consent for any editorial/magazine/online website publishing!*
