Hi, my name is Char E' (Shar-A) I am African American, Irish and Choctaw Indian. Many of you may have seen my whimsical and retro Pin-up images on a zillion other sites.
Although I am the first African American Painted Pin-up on the Net for almost 10 years, this is not my claim to fame it is circumstancial. I have been a professional Actress/Model for over 24 years! At age 41 I have the look of a college girl of 22 and have been turned away from castings because the director was looking for an "older women" so why did my agent send me? I am on this site to re-build my Port. Sadly almost every photo I have taken over my entire career including extra copies of favorite shoots and tear sheets were all destroyed in a storage fire not long ago! It has been a hard road to emotional recovery but at  40 I am blessed to pick up the peices and press forward.
