You may already know my name, Brooke Hooker. But, there is one thing you do not know, yet. I am touched to be able to share this life changing experience with you all on Model Mayhem. One day the world will hear my story . . . I used to weigh 245 pounds. I have lost a total of 115 pounds throughout my life. It took me a long time and a lot of hard work to get to where I am today. At one point I never thought I was going to change. The doctors told me that if I stayed the same weight I was putting myself on the road to becoming diabetic - with no chances of reversal. I feel that I must share my story with as many people as I can. Because, I was wrong people can change. I changed. I want to reach out to the children who feel that they are bellow their other classmates because of something they have been "labeled." That is completely ridiculous! As long as you take care of your inner-self, no matter what anyone else says or does, your true beauty will glow radiantly in every way possible. I am proof. I have a strong passion for modeling. I always have ever since I was old enough to talk. I am going to make my dreams come true - one way or another. I want to show the world what I have done and how it has changed me.
