Julie Harrigan-Philbert always had a passion for fashion. She started sewing as a young child and got her first sewing machine for her 16th birthday. In St. Thomas she had her own clientele and taught sewing to selected clients. In retrospect, she never would have suspected that what started off as a childhood hobby would become one of her life's greatest passions. Julie took her love for fashion and creativity beyond the personal and into the Fashion industry, another arena that piqued her interest and curiosity at the time.

She is affiliated with Philbert Photos. Presently she works in the DMV area with a wide collection of high-fashion and edgy outfits for every need.
She is currently building her portfolio and has reasonable rates.
