I suppose it's time to tell the world a little bit about myself. That's right, I said the world! I know the world has come to view my profile here on modelmayhem.com. This puts me one step closer to world domination. No one will be able to stop me. Well, I can think of a few people who could, actually. Anyway, that's not important.

What's important is what I'm doing here on modelmayhem.com and the other types of model/photographer/artist typelike websites. I'm here to network and find models to willingly participate in my goofy, crazy, sexy, ugly, surreal and whatever else I'm feeling at the time projects. I've decided to finally just call myself an artist, because in reality I suppose that's what I am. I've refrained from applying that label to myself forevah, but it's probably time to face the metal music and deal with it. I don't do this to make a living or support a living. I don't do this for dreams of fame. I don't do this for cover shots on magazines that can be bought in 1 store in the world and has a market base of 100 people. I do this to keep my creative juice flowing. I do it because I enjoy it and want to improve.

I'm on and off with when I do what I do. I go through moods and that is what determines when I work like an 'artist' and when I work like a business guy and when I work like a dad and when I work like a husband and when I work for myself and when I work at being a mental rockstar and when I work at being a friend and when I work at taking money from friends at the poker table and when I work as a gardener and when I work as a teacher and when I work as Madden champ and when I work at mundane tasks and when I work as a learner and when I work as a politician. I suppose I might have a slight case of ADHD. It could just be that I get bored easily. It could be that I don't have a clue about what I am doing. But the bottom line is; I love my life and I couldn't be happier so who really cares how I do what I do.

My primary tool is the camera. I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. However, I've discovered over the years that I'm not a big fan of shoot and pose style photography. It has it's place and I still do it, but I like to do it with a meaning behind it or a purpose for doing it. So I have been trying to branch out that direction during the past year. I'm  pretty confident that I'm nowhere near where I want to be yet, but the years of experience behind me will surely aid in my quest to kick ass.

I'm still developing my style and trying to find where I want to be. I'm interested in working with anyone and everyone who is aiming for the same thing; to create stimulating images. I'm open to all ideas and will shoot when my schedule allows and I create when I am summoned by my desire to create.

I'd also love to find a makeup/stylist partner in crime.
