"Weekend Photographer". I typically only shoot on weekends. I am a published photographer and grew up in South Africa before moving to the USA in 1996, and am currently located in Mid-Maryland.

The 2nd LIST provides aspiring MM photographers with two important resources.
Firstly, the 2nd List is a list of skilled and veteran photographers who are willing to mentor, instruct, or advise other photographers who are wanting such help. And secondly, by viewing the portfolios of the Mentors, anyone can view photographs of a 'standard', covering a wide range of subjects and tastes and styles.
Critiques
I will gladly critique anyone's work, but you should be forewarned that I take no prisoners. I will be brutally honest, so if you think you cannot take that, please do not ask. If you can, please feel free to ask.
Shoots
Please note the following:
I will only release completed images that are up to the high standard that I expect of myself.
Travelling costs are down to the model, unless I requested the booking and agreed to pay costs beforehand.
If a model fails to turn up to a session without prior notice, I will not re-schedule.
I welcome chaperones, but on the condition that they do not interfere with the model/photographer dialogue.
I always welcome the model's ideas at a shoot.
I will shoot with models 13 to 17 years of age. A parent MUST be present at the shoot.
I do not pay models, unless I am being paid.

Due to limited time constraints, I try to do some TFCD/TFP so if you think we can gain something out of a collaboration, don't by shy...drop me a line. Contact me with wardrobe/make up/hair or lighting ideas . I am really flexible and want to work with you to figure stuff out. I am good at creating an entire shoot from your idea. My shoots are collaborative. Bring your "A" Game creativity and attitude! Look at the thousands of pictures here and on the web and give me some idea of what you are looking for. We will make it happen, and have fun at the same time
