Kim Jung Sun was born on September 9th, 1983 in Pohang, South Korea.  Orphaned as a child until the age of 4 Kim was adopted into the United States by John Micheal Pohl and Mary Jo Pohl.  Finally settling down in Appleton, WI Kim began his new life as Justin William Pohl.  Youngest of 3 with Jennifer the eldest and Jason the next in line.

Justin has spent a great part of his childhood paying attention to fashion.  John, who worked for Anchor Food Products at the time teamed up with Mary Jo who worked for Daytons to bring Justin up to pay respect to every little detail.  Justin seemed to have a knack for his own style.  Publicly schooled Justin had more of a private school mentality when it came to the dress code.  Donning the ever popular white shirt, repp tie, and a 3 button blazer was his favorite.  For Justin the fashion industry was his way to connect to the American Culture.

Fortunately Justins transition into the United States became easier as time went on.  Having a very supportive family was the most important key.  Growing up Justin became involved in sports, school, and community.  Playing a wide variety of sports like Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Wrestling, Track and Field, Football, and Cross Country.  Taking part in the Deans list and becoming an Honor student during high school became a constant in his life. It was not until after high school that Justin came into his own light and realized his dream.

After high school Justin moved on and attended UW-Madison.  Studying marketing Justin learned and toned his social skills to a fine art.  It was not until July of 2006 that Justin became involved in the modeling scene.  A close friend of Justins, Dwight Fernando McMillan, was the one person to help Justin on his way.  The first spotlight Justin recieved was a runway show in Milwaukee for Detour.  After this experience Justin knew at once this is what he wanted to do.  So with his mind set Justin has shot with a plethora of professional photographers all over the nation. Also has modeled and walked the runways for Starship, Detour, Context, A la Reed, and Garmin.  You can see Justin in over 13 magazines such as Esquire, Mens Journal, Wired,and Sports Illustrated.  In addition  Garmin has posted him in billboards nationwide.
