About Me

Storytelling is why I became a photographer. And a story can and should be told in as little as one photograph and in any genre. Documentary work shouldn't be the only type of work that attempts to connect with its viewers on more than a surface level. I think fashion and editorial portraits can do the same exact thing--all you need is a good concept. "Look at me" photography does little for me. Everyone comes with a story, and I do my best to tell my version of that story.
