Dani Riot is a conceptual fashion & editorial photographer and Creative Director of the media production brand, NegativeSpace, based in London UK, but working throughout the world. Starting his career in lighting and set design for theatre, it didn't take long for him to realise that his one time hobby could become a profession, and that all the art and beauty he created for stage could be transferred to his new medium, photography.
Approaching each photo shoot and campaign with detailed planning, concept building and moodboarding, concentrating highly on set and style, mixing in theatrical and cinematic lighting, and creative storytelling is what makes Dani Riot's photography so exciting.
Working alongside a vast collection of professional teams in the industry building an extensive client list and published in both national and international magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Professional Photographer, Planet Notion, Metro and Photo Professional and store campaigns that include John Lewis.
His portfolio is full of stories, creating images that take you on a journey. He strives to provoke emotions in his images, from the soft and dreamy right through to the sharp and striking. Taking inspiration from masters such as Tim Walker and Warwick Saint, he aims to consistently produce the creative and unique.
Just in case you don't look at castings:
Clothing Designers/Wardrobe Stylists Wanted...
My name is Dani, and I am the Creative Director of NegativeSpace. We are a London based media production company. Although the brand is just entering its second year, it was built upon my eight years as a fashion and product photographer, and my business partners ten years years as a portrait and lifestyle photographer, and both our times as studio owners.
We are currently looking to offer a few photo shoots to Fashion Designers with interesting or unique collections, or wardrobe stylists with connections to these kinds of collections, both in order to expand our portfolio, and to produce news stories and articles based on what we do.
The idea is to produce a series of photo shoots that we can use as examples in articles, like "the importance of preproduction", moodbarding and storyboarding" "behind the lens at a fashion shoot" and so on.
We are looking to produce a range from Look book shoots, to campaign images and editorial content, and anything else we find that would fit.
And to make it even sweeter, we will credit you throughout, and in our promoted posts, which usually get a 2500+ impression count.
If you feel like you have a collection we would be interested in then please get in touch either through here or directly through the website and email. and lets get creating.
