I share limited spots in 2 Professional Studios (Fully Equipped) with any photographer looking to have a studio but don't want the expense of his or her own.. I'm asking $250 per month. Both the ATTIC Studio and my Mezzanine Studio are in the old historic (spooky) high rise downtown.
Both studios you can store your gear and props
Both have dressing room and hair and makeup station
Both have a complete set of light modifiers (soft boxes, barn doors, cones, grids and pocket wizard)

*** You get a set of keys for 24 hour access to the building and studio.
*** The group of photographers share a web calendar
----- STUDIO RULES -----
1, No more then three shoots a week
2, No more then 3 hour shoots (can be longer if you are the last booking of the day)
3, No letting some other person use your keys or sub renting
4, No group shoots
5, No workshops
6, No more then a MUA - Stylist - Model - in the studio during a shoot
7, NO SMOKING (ANYTHING) in the studio
8. CLEAN up after your shoot and put props back in prop room
