Amateur photographer, mainly concentrating on 'Alternative' photography. Since because I travel for my work in the Netherlands, Germany, Eastern Europe (mainly Poland) and occasionally in the UK, models from these countries are always welcome to contact me.
Also looking for creative make-up artists or bodypainters.
My profile was a bit outdated, because for as few years (2007-now) I concentrated on writing instead of photography. But now (2010) I decided to start again with new energy and new ideas.
I am very much a 'narrative photographer'... I like to make short sets of pictures implying a short story... not clear... but just enough association between the pictures to make you think there is a real story going on...
I'm also very much a 'cooperative photographer' : I believe the best pictures are made when there is a good cooperative link between model and photographer... when I start shooting I have 'general idea's', but I love models having suggestions and ideas from their own...
For me photography is a hobby, not a living. This means I do not spend fortunes on model fees... Time For Print, Time for CD or Time for Website (I'm a pro web developer)... name it how you want your compensation
In particular I'm looking for :
1- Models with dancing and/or classical ballet experience
2- Models who play a musical instrument (a 'portable' one... if you play piano or church organ, it's difficult to transport)
3- Models with archery experience. Being an archer myself I have some ideas for archery pictures, but since a 'realistic pose' is quite hard for non archers, I only want to do such a shooting with experienced archers (also a lot safer for the people around
).
