IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO FRIEND ME OR COMMENT HERE I would like to say two things in advance. First, thanks! I love having new friends! Second, I charge for my services. I haven't done TFP in a long time, and have no plans on going back to that. If you want an experienced, professional photographer (more than 20 years) with a TRACK RECORD, then I'm your guy!
Happy to say I seem to have a knack for getting contracts for models. I have loads of testimonials I can share, as well. I also tend to attract paying gigs, because I don't do free work. (If you want to do free work for the rest of your modeling/hmua career, attach yourself to a photographer who does everything for free.)
I'm professional and courteous, and fun to shoot with. I'm told that shooting with me is addictive, and my models always become my friends, and vice versa.
My areas of focus are fashion, boudoir, portrait, and wedding. (Yes, I am happy to rock a wedding for you.) I have all sorts of fun packages available, including our most popular offering... Boudoir Weekend Getaways for groups of women.
My photography packages for models include pro hair and makeup, as well as professionally designed and printed comp cards delivered to your door!
I'm published regularly in Colorado magazines, but have appeared in Vanity Fair, Air France, and other national/international publications.
I had a three-month solo show of my work at the Pendleton Gallery in Denver in early 2012.
And now, my opinion on "who pays who." Follow the money. If I need you for a project where I make money, I will pay you. If you need me for a project where you will make money, you will pay me. If someone else needs you and I for a project where they make money, THEY will pay US. It's really super simple! If no one is getting paid, I'm not interested. I need neither "portfolio pieces" nor "exposure."
