6/28/14 - IMPORTANT - I am taking a break for the summer and will not be available to shoot again till September.
I'm a very experienced photographer located in the Seattle metro area who has worked with several hundred models over the past decade, many of them on this site.
The main focus of my work is fine art, erotica, and emotive portraiture. Although quite a bit of my work involves nudity, it's not required and I'm happy to shoot clothed models who can bring something interesting to a collaboration... including a great look, awesome or unique fashions, latex, vintage clothes, lingerie, and/or unusual props.
If I've sent you a friend request and you're within reasonable distance to Seattle, it means I'm interested in (potentially) working together. If you like what I do and would like to collaborate on a shoot, feel free to drop me a note.
I only do trade work. My goal is try out new ideas and add something unique to both our portfolios. You get copies of all the photos on a disk at the end of the shoot, and copies of anything that I touch up emailed to you at a later date.
I mostly post new photos on MachinePhoto.com
rather than on Model Mayhem. MachinePhoto.com
is updated almost every day with new content, and I strongly suggest that you look through it to get a better idea of the kind of photography I'm interested in doing with models. It's easier and more fun to show you my concepts than describe them in words. There are currently over 1,000 photos on the site.
I prefer to work with models with at least some experience, but I'm open helping out enthusiastic new models develop a portfolio.
I have a very firm NO ESCORT rule. I find them way too distracting and it takes away from my focus on you. The only exception to this is if you bring another model to pose with you. Please clear that with me before the shoot and send me a link to photos of the other model(s) so I know who to expect.
If you don't feel safe going to a shoot alone, I'll arrange to meet with you A FEW DAYS before we work together at a public place to chat and show you my portfolio, and we can both decide at that point if we want to work together.
I encourage you to check my references and contact models I've worked with in the past. I would encourage all models to check out references of everyone they work with for the first time.
Please note: While I do trade, I do NOT do uncompensated promotional shoots for actors, musicians, etc. TF* is strictly for your modeling portfolio/personal use only. If you need promotional photography done, contact me for my rates.
I usually don't schedule shoots more than a month out unless you're someone I've worked with in the past and would like to work with again or an astonishing and very experienced model I've always wanted to work with.
Feel free to contact me with any questions!
