Drawn to the visual arts, Michael studied Photography, Cinema and Theatre at The Ohio State University. Shortly after, he moved to Hollywood and worked as a model and actor. Between jobs, Michael photographed actor friends, and by the power of word-of-mouth advertising, his career as a portrait photographer was born.

After living for several years in L.A., Michael decided to embark on a new adventure and moved to NY. Living in Manhattan afforded Michael the opportunity to work with many models and Broadway actors further refining his skills as a photographer in fashion and entertainment.

Michael is back in L.A. but continues to shoot on both coasts.
