Greetings! My primary goal, and reason for signing up with this site, is to expand on my love of portrait photography, developing a portfolio that contains images that are, while remaining tasteful, quite a bit more racy & sexy than anything I've shot before. Publishing a calendar with such images is a personal goal that I have set for myself. I feel that this site will help me gain experience in working with models who may or may not have experience themselves, all the while letting us each develop in our own unique areas. Photography has been an interest of mine since I was a youngster, however 2006, upon purchasing my first DSLR, was the turning point where the interest became a passionate hobby.
Capturing candid shots of people (not posed, or staged), I find to be the most rewarding type of portrait. Getting that natural expression, be it a small hint of a smile, or someone deep in thought, is a challenge at times, yet when the subject sees the final image, they tend to like them more than if it was posed, or forced. That is my preferred style of shooting. Natural & candid.
