About Me

I am new to Model Mayhem, but not to photography. Although I have been a photographer for 7 years, I moved it to the back burner for a couple of years to focus on my "day job", which also involves photography. I started as primarily a newborn, maternity and child photographer, but I'm now looking to update and expand my portfolio/website with an emphasis on boudoir/glamour photography and artistic portraiture.

My other job is as a jewelry designer and from time to time I will also be looking for women and men to model jewelry for that website.

I'm interesting in working with models with a variety of looks, from fresh and wholesome to slightly edgy and unique. I'm happy to photograph men as well as women for portraiture. I love to play with photos in post-processing and experiment with a wide variety of looks; I'm also a fairly decent retoucher and getting better all the time -- I like to make sure you look great!

I am willing to do some TFP/TFCD work for a while, especially if it meets my portfolio needs. My current photography website is somewhat outdated as I let it lapse for a couple of years and contains mostly infants and children. Therefore I am excited at the prospect of working with some local models as I build my new website.
