Hi Cat I noticed that you are a model and from the Birmingham area. There is a networking event that i think would be very beneficial for you for the field that your in. There will be a few modeling agents scouting and acting agents scouting. Its a networking event for people in the field of Media, so models, dancers, actors, make up artists, director, cameramen, designers, stylists, photographers etc will be there. It will be a great way to get more work, exposure and knowledge of you field. I thought that i would let you know since you live in the west midlands and the event is in Birmingham.

Hi, posting a casting call for female models.
I've recently thought about setting up a competition for female models!

I've been running a magazine for a while now, and I thought what a great way to get female models to be on the cover it'll boost their portfolio and boost their confidence.

So YOUR MAGAZINE is currently running a competition on Facebook! enter your picture by sending it to us @
[email protected]

Your photo's will be put up for approval from our team and once approved it'll be uploaded to our Facebook page! you'll then be required to invite as many friends as you can to vote for your picture.

The top FIVE models will be invited to a casting and the winner will be notified via phone/email.

The competition is being sponsored by a number of fashion boutiques in the UK one of them being
FASHION PONY and Mccdivine!

CASTING CALL!!!

We are searching for 5 female and 5 Male Models to take part in a Photo shoot, not only will you get the chance to wear Catalyst by Tamara Joseph, latest collection, you will also get your chance to appear in ASOS and 3 different magazines.

Model requirements – dress size 8-14, height 5'7 and over, non-shy and confident as there may be some revealing garments. You will have to be committed.

Piercing is accepted if tasteful.

Casting date will take place on Sun 9th October in Birmingham, where you will be asked to wear an item of Tamara’s collection for a few photographs from Leanne Elisabeth Studios. If you are invited to the casting, please do your own hair and makeup on the day. You will get a free edited pic from your mini shoot. If you are successful on your email application you will recieve an email invitation to the casting within 2 weeks.

We are also CASTING for (Creative) MUA to participate on the day of the shoot.

You will have to have all skin tone knowledge and not be frightened to experiment. Theatrical make-up artist's welcome.

You have a great look!

As part of Leanne Elisabeth Studios, we now run Model training days, where you can come to learn the walk, do do photoshoots where you can gain free pics for your portfolio, learn how to talk on stage etc... Meet contacts for further modelling experience.

I co work alongside Mr/Miss England organisers, and also big fashion show orgnisers from birminham, these people will be at the Model Training day. Scouting for new faces.

Our next Model Training day is on Sun 31st July, 2011. It will be £55 for the entire day. If you would like to take part, I would love to hear back from you.

Let me know if you can be avaliable for it and I will book you in for the day. It will be in the Rugby area, and from 10am till 6pm, I will have further details of the venue nearer the time.
