About me

I'm 35 years old, married (almost) 2 years ago and have a 6 month old baby boy! I have lived in Hiawassee since 2001, directly out of college at Georgia Southern University. I'm a military child and have experienced a world traveler's life... so saying that I love it here really says something about the Northeast Georgia Mountains.

My job: I work (actually volunteer= not paid by the stables) as a photographer at a horse riding stable in North Georgia taking pictures of customers on horseback and selling resulting prints on location... When not doing that, I build websites and also real estate photography= boring.

My experience: 9 years ago I started with a sony cybershot shooting real estate for a land development sales office. Then I moved up to another point and shoot for higher quality images...then the DSLR and getting published in magazines along with marketing shoots for lifestyle advertising mediums. Started my own photography business and here I am... oh and more and more experience shooting events, products, publishing...

What I plan on getting out of this site is some excitement and inspirational creativity. I don't get to work often enough out of my current element and I hope to get slapped in the face by new styles and thoughts from MM.
