Hi, my name is Rachel Uldriks and I am a professional retoucher who works for negotiable pay. I have been retouching since middle school giving me around a decade of experience. My prices are as follows although I am willing to modify to fit your needs:

Basic Retouching - $30 for Up to 10 photos
This includes editing for blemishes, minor skin smoothing, editing for colour etc.

Upgrade Retouching - Add $15 to Basic for up to 10 photos
This includes all of basic plus major skin smoothing, digital makeup, eye lightening, and body morphing.

Photomanipulation - $30 for One Photo
This includes all of basic and advanced but includes painting in new hair, changing the background or adding special effects.
