INTERNATIONAL FASHION TOUR 2011. This upcoming event features six designers from the Phillippines sponsored by the Phillippine Consulate, in conjuction with the SAVE Act, to create jobs for American textile and Philippine apparel industries. The SAVE Act represents the first trade agreement between the USA and Philippines in 40 years.

I create living visual art for photo shoots, ad campaigns, trade shows, runway shows, red carpet events, other special events and private parties.
My work has been seen on TV, featured in international fashion/hair/magazines, art shows and displayed in major art museums.
As the key hair designer and the creative director, I've headed up many large teams for numerous hair and fashion shows as well as producing my own high production fashion performances.
I've styled the hair and made hairpieces to go with signature dresses from Betsy Johnson, Donna Karan, Todd Oldham, Anna Sui, Carolina Herrera, Sonia Rykiel, Fernando Sanchez, Isabella Toledo, Diane Von Furstenberg, Gianni Versace - (the man himself), to name just a few.
I also conduct fashion photo workshops for stylist, photogs, models and muas.
Will travel. Currently based in Seattle WA, USA.

You've all seen those Romance Novels while you're standing in line at the grocery store. Well, someone had to do it. Here's a couple I did. These models had short hair and we wanted to make it look longer.
I'll show you this one... Did this in 1991 for
Photo Pro mag. Hair and Styling - MH. ( 17 yrs ago) I was always ahead of time. oh well. ( I was only 6 yo when I did this, haha).
She was a model, from RUSSIA ,when they first changed to the Soviet Union, then, it changed to something else soon afterwards.
Anyway, she came to me long hair and colored blonde. I cut and colored her red ( I happened to be the master of RED during then - just to be diffrent. She brought flags of the former state, of the time - now very historic, hard to find and priceless. We decide to use them for backdrops, to commerate the occasion, as an historic event. ( It was) Photo- Billy Pegram.
