I'm a new photographer turning a passion into a business. I'm looking to expand my portfolio, and learn from the many talented members on this site. In addition, I'm looking forward to shooting with some of the models in my area, as well as working with the makeup artists to create new and exciting looks that actually tell stories. I've been taking pictures for many years, but began my intensive study of photography 2 years ago. I try to learn a new technique everyday and practice it at night, many times losing sleep. Now, however, since my hobby has become my job, those sleepless nights are much, much sweeter.
I am beginning to focus heavily on fine art photography, and seek models interested in creating art for art's sake. I now shoot medium format film since I wasn't always getting the looks I wanted with digital. Looking to create art, and test myself creatively by dealing with the tactile unforgiving qualities that film possesses. I also have frequent projects for my fitness company, and always looking for models with which to collaborate to brand the company.
