Rob Colgan Photography

I am an established photographic fine artist working mainly in the central Ohio region. I am hoping to connect with models, preferably male, in hopes of creating new work aimed toward gallery exhibition. Most of my work is black and white, while my color tends to be more subdued. I'm one of those photographers who still uses film as well as digital because I believe in the quality of the image and the craft that comes from hands-on production. I would like my photographs to be appreciated for many years and strive to produce images that engage the viewer again and again.

I believe that the human body is an incredible work of art, each person uniquely different; and it's the combination of the figure interacting with the environment that makes a statement. Models must be comfortable with their bodies and themselves, especially since I do a lot of work outdoors or in demanding environments.

I would prefer to trade. If you'd rather not trade (either CD or images), I can pay, but remember I'm an artist so please be reasonable. All models are treated with professional courtesy as I would expect the same. I'm here for business, nothing more!
