About me
What can I tell ya? My name is Joe, and I've been interested in photography for a long time, but didn't decide to do anything about it until after Bob (Robert Sleeper Photography, #1416490) suggested my wife and I sit for him - and we had a blast! So, it was incentive enough to encourage me to pick up a DSLR camera around the beginning of 2010, and for the first time "seriously" start giving this a shot. (ugh, sorry.) In a short time, she and I have had a lot of fun, and I've had the opportunity to learn a lot from a great mentor.
I'm a laid back kind of guy, and make no qualms about the fact that I'm still learning. I'm a quick study, and I believe that communication is paramount to getting everyone on the same page. I'm lucky in the fact that I not just have a great mentor, I have a wonderful wife who supports me tremendously, and often helps me out during shoots.
I have great ideas, just need to work out how to actually turn them into artistic captures, properly. I'll shoot whatever, whenever, and wherever, - even underwater. :-) One thing I DON'T DO is drama. So don't bring it. Leave it at home with any other unusable props you might have. Bring whatever else you like!
I like candid pictures, sidewalk photography, however - lately I've been delving into more glamor, artistic shots, boudoir, fetish and erotic photos; helping people build portfolios, and having a good time while learning. I won't shoot porn - I'll leave that to the professionals. :-) If you're up for getting some great captures, want to work out a few ideas of your own, and have free time and patience, I'm all about discussing options.
