About me

I Started taking pictures when I was 7 years old after my father a now retired professional photographer gave me my first 35mm camera. My passion grew every time I got to the darkroom and developed pictures that no one could take away from my memories. As I advanced I entered into photo journalism in high school as the senior photographer for the school newspaper. From there my journey started to get a little foggy. Between work and life with a new wife and children I wasn't able to take as many photos as I would have liked. Combined with all the new technology and recent changes I am again back to shooting photos the way I liked. I prefer to shoot on location under natural lighting. I like to shoot a format of unrehearsed natural poses. I enjoy capturing the pictures that can't be posed. The natural joy and beauty that comes from just living ones life.
