I am a photographer located in Kennesaw, GA. I have a small studio there and work by appointment only.

Four years ago I started this business and was aiming toward being a pet photographer; this is where Wild Side Portraits originated. Now that I am branching off and absolutely love working with the models, I have begun using my name on my images. So, if you see images with "Wild Side Portraits" just know that "Valerie A. Smith" is the artist/photographer and vice versa.

***THE SNAKE***
The snake is a 7-8 ft. Red-Tail Boa named Choco.  She/he is available for shoots on a VERY select and limited basis.  There is NO TFP/CD with the snake and there will be a charge to do a shoot with Choco.


***TFP/CD***
I only accept/do tfp/cd if I contact you to shoot or if you are participating in one of my workshops.  A MUA will be required for ALL shoots and will be your responsibility to see that they are compensated.  For the ones not accepted for TFP/CD workshops, my rate starts @ $125 per look. Models will be required to sign my model release and will be given a cd with 6 edited images per look with a release to print those images unless other negotiations apply.

If you are booked for a shoot and are a no show without a courtesy call with a legitimate excuse, you will never be booked again. No Exceptions! My time is valuable too.
