My time for trade shoots is really limited and I'm currently scheduled through the end of December.
You might be able to talk me into a shoot if you can improve my portfolio with a great look or fantastic idea. It doesn't hurt to ask! You must be experienced, have good skin, transportation, references, and creative ideas of your own. The shoot must improve both our portfolios.
I'm an experienced photographer based in Olympia. I provide wedding photography services, as well as senior photos and family portraits. I offer affordable portfolio development rates if you need help starting or updating your portfolio. I can recommend a number of talented makeup artists. You will need to arrange payment with the MUA prior to the shoot.
I have had so many fun shoots with models I've met on this site. I hate to even have to put something like this in my profile, but...
My overall experience with Model Mayhem models has been great. I am only interested in working with serious models that are professional and who maintain timely communication about the shoot. I have a long list of references and you can count on me to be ready and on time for a shoot. I expect the same.
Escorts - Please don't ask to bring your kids, your pets, or your husbands/boyfriends/girlfriends to "hang out" during the shoot. You wouldn't do that at any other job would you? Having someone else on the set that will contribute to the shoot (a MUA, another model, a stylist, etc.) is perfectly acceptable, but it needs to be discussed prior to the shoot. Drivers are OK. If you need a ride from someone, they can bring you and find something to do during the shoot and pick you up when we're done. If you feel you need a "bodyguard", please find someone else to shoot with.
If you contact me and we haven't shot before I may require a modest deposit for the shoot. You will need to provide at least three good references.
