I am no longer shooting full time however, and have returned to Virginia. I don't know if I will ever return to NYC to live, and I have many friends in NY that I love; I'm close enough for advertising assignments and serious work. With that being said, I am back in college full time and finishing a information systems degree.



Occasionally I'm  shooting some fashion editorial, and advertising work and some personal art for a book project I started a few years ago. I am only shooting who I want and when I want, and then only when I have time. Yes I have the luxury to do this and I don't see it as a negative thing. I have also been asked to shoot a book for Amherst Media. I'm still contemplating it.



God has given me a gift and I am really good at what I do. I have shot professionally for over 10 years (many in NYC). I don't know what this means for the the future and it remains to be seen what the years will bring down the road?  My heart has become heavy with the dark side of the industry and people it attracts (with a very few exceptions). The things everyone sees as glamorous and fabulously wonderful on the outside comes with a haughtiness; with lies and deception and sometimes just pure evil. I have seen it all, produced it all, and I have grown tiered of the usury of everyone wanting something from you. Over and over I find the ones I thought I could trust have become my Judas who always betrays with a kiss (you know who you are). You end up pouring your soul into something that is here today and gone tomorrow. Fame truly is a vapor, popularity truly is an accident, and riches truly do have wings. In the end all we have is our character.

I am building my future on something lasting.
