Pamm Merrera is a graduate of HD Makeup Studio and Academy (formerly known as Basement Academy) and acquired certifications in BASIC AND ADVANCED HI-DEFINITION MAKEUP, HAIRSTYLING, and PRECISION HAIRCUTTING. She also has had formal training in BASIC AND ADVANCED HI-DEFINITION AIRBRUSH MAKEUP under Ms. Kay Rodriguez.
Growing up, she used to paint to express herself and as she got older that transcended into doing make-up on different people with different international backgrounds, which is very apt to her first course in International Studies and makes her easily adapt to her client’s culture and ethnicity.
On paper, she loved painting abstract designs and experimenting with different colors and blends. Now she uses that artistic side and creativity through the use of eyeshadows, blushes, and lipsticks… Painting skills gave her the ability to understand and use makeup as an art form.
As a registered nurse, too, it taught her how to apply what she learned scientifically by consulting clients regarding their skin types, hygiene, existing allergies, acidity, etc. as to enhance further excellent results without compromising their health.
She is very passionate about make-up artistry and sees it more than just a profession. She believes that makeup is not just about making someone look beautiful but capturing their beauty from within.
Her goal is to make every client feel confident, beautiful, and satisfied once they leave the make-up chair.
