My name is Dan Cruikshank. I am a 26 year old fine art photographer living in Vancouver.
My goal is to create unique, artistic images to be exhibited in art galleries.
SANCTUM is a project I have recently started that will combine the beauty of the human form with our unique natural environment. Through these images I hope to convey a sense of solitude and discovery, as we search for our personal sanctum; that perfect moment in that perfect place.
The locations I choose for this project may not be easy to get to. In order to get a shot no one else has ever gotten, it is necessary to get off the beaten path! I am interested in working with models who share a similar sense of adventure, and are determined to do what it takes to get the unforgettable shot.
My primary interest is in non-erotic figurative nudes, I am open to anonymous and implied poses for certain projects.
I shoot with the intention of producing images to sell as limited edition prints at gallery shows. I can offer TFP only. Trade includes one signed and numbered artist proof fine art print from our shoot, along with web sized files of all final images from the shoot (1-5 images from each shoot). All models must sign a release.
No stock photography, No retouchers, No escorts.
