I am Cherokee/caucasian mixed. And yes, my eyebrows are tatted on. Now that we've gotten THAT out of the way (lol)....

My name is Shannon. I currently serve on active duty in the US military, and I'm also a single mother. I've always loved to dress up and look pretty and take pictures (what girl doesn't, right?) In the process of doing some casual shoots just for fun, I have been told I should try modeling, so I figured I'd give this site a shot. Also, anything that could add a little more change in my pocket never hurts.

Due to my job (and my own personal standards), NUDES will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In a nutshell, I am only interested in artistic, tasteful nudity. Absolutely NO smut, porn, or any other types that will send the wrong image. Even though I am new to this industry and it is only a hobby for now, I do want to be taken seriously and be able to say "yeah, that's me in that pic" with pride instead of shame.

WITH THAT BEING SAID.....I am NOT in a financial situation where I can afford to pay someone to take my photos, do my hair & makeup, etc. Therefore, the only assignments I will consider at this point are TFP/TFCD & paid assignments (with paid getting priority). Unless otherwise agreed, I will come to shoots ready to rock n roll (hair & makeup done or with the stuff to do it myself).

**ALSO PLEASE NOTE: I am a CURVY woman! Definitely NOT your typical uber-skinny little Vickie's model, & NOT for the light-of-heart. You have been warned. ;] **

FYI, I have one tattoo (left upper arm, see port) and my belly button and both my ears are pierced. Hoping to add more ink and piercings in the future! ;]

AVAILABILITY: Due to my job in the military and being a single parent, weekends & Friday/Saturday evenings are always best for me. Depending on where the shoot is and how long it will take, I may be able to do weekday evenings as well (after 5pm). I will need advance notice in any case to ensure that I have a babysitter. Also, traveling any farther than 50 miles will require monetary compensation (gas ain't cheap!) If you can work with all of that, then I can work with YOU!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST....I prefer to meet new photographers PRIOR to scheduling a shoot, for safety/comfort reasons. I do not have or need an escort, but I still want to ensure that we will both be comfortable working together. Also, it gives me a chance to further understand what the project will be about.
