About me
My name is Michael Gaffney, an amateur photographer and print artist looking to bridge the divide between the two. With this, I hope to create meaningful and artistic displays that define a particular idea, concept or cultural commentary. Although my ideas may range from merely representational to quite literal, sublime to bizzare, it is up to all parties involved to create a collaborative atmoshphere. Thus, essentially establishing a joint venture that produces an image (or group of images) we will both be proud of. I essentially shoot as an artistic outlet, as my profession is a bit stressful. TFCD, you get all the images via email (and on CD if you wish) usually the same night following the shoot, as well as will retouch 30 of your choice within 1 weeks time of letting me know.
I provide a professional atmosphere where fun and creativity is encouraged. With this, you can expect timely and cooperative interaction that respects your time. I, in turn, expect similar consideration. With this in mind, I have a very short list of those "not recommended" (contact for details). Although if anyone is listed in Credits (as below), they were a delight to work with.
Escorts are welcome, but drama is not (please leave your jealous partners at home). They are to not interfere with the shoot in any way, but may be asked to help. I insist on a valid Drivers License to verify age, the first photo of the set will be that proof right next to your lovely self.
