Date / Time / Location / Duration
Rate and any other compensation
Expected number of scenes and a theme for each one
Outfits, jewelry and shoes to compliment your wardrobe
Your own Pandora station, drinks and snacks
Paid break every 90 minutes (cell phone time)
I will make every attempt to book a studio or location close to you
Respect, and a safe, fun and productive working environment

...and in return I would like:

1. A signed full commercial model release at the end of the shoot, along with...
2. A photo of your picture ID. Only on first shoots
Unless previously arranged, do not expect a MUA, please do your own hair and makeup
