My name is Sadie Osborne and I am a keen and enthusiastic photographer.

Photography is my life; not just my career.

I first attended Weymouth College in Dorset and it was there I realised what Photography meant to me and how important it was. As my desire for Photography grew I decided to further my studies and attended at The Arts University College in Bournemouth and there successfully achieved an FdA in Commercial photography.

My style of photography is unique but at the same time professional. My aims are not to be too generic or standard. Photography is different for each individual so I maintain a professional standard ensuring I adapt to any one person’s needs.
We all have elements of photography in our lives; the most common is our eyes. You could even say our eyes are similar to the camera. We compose everything that we see, we blink, the moment is captured and then saved in our memory.
A single photograph can open your eyes; it can even change the way you think about something.

When I look at a photograph, to me, it isn’t just an image. I can see it, hear it and even emotionally feel what is happening at that very moment and I think it is fantastic that these moments can then remain in a physical form of a photograph.
I work in all aspects of photography although Portraiture and Documentary are my preferred styles. I work with a digital medium but occasionally like to work with film (preferably medium format), which I adore.

The reason i joined MM is that i want to broaden my horizons and fullfill my photographic practise.
