I am a screenwriter, filmmaker, volleyball coach, Californian, chihuahua owner, salt & pepper shaker collector, avid movie watcher, gamer, storyteller, cheese fanatic.
I love expressing myself through pictures and enjoy the challenge of conveying a story or an emotion through an image. I am not interested in shooting cliche bikini/lingerie. I am interested in anything unusual, dark, unique, and distinctive and/or high fashion concepts and anything with an emotive direction.
I just made my directorial debut with a short documentary, "Give", about my parent's relationship and my mother as caregiver to my father. It has been accepted into five film festivals and was nominated for Best Short and Best Director at the CreaTiVe Awards in San Jose. At its last screening, it won for Outstanding Nonfiction. . I am currently working on a short fictional piece and a feature-length screenplay.
I will be coaching high school volleyball in the Fall and working on several film projects, so my shooting time is, unfortunately, limited, but if you'd like to work with me and think the experience will be mutually beneficial, send me a message!
I am German, Cherokee, and Scotch-Irish.
A few things you might like to know before contacting me: I have tattoos. I am capable of doing my own hair/makeup, but only very basic looks, hence, I enjoy working with talented artists. No group shoots. No nudity. Implied is fine, as long as we have agreed upon the details beforehand.
