I am an engineer that designs and manufactures special photographic equipment, both cameras and lab equipment. My photography is the outlet for testing my designs. I have been involved in Photography for over 50 years and especially enjoy helping bright students who want to do modeling on the side to help get through school. I am just as interested in helping young photographers who are just starting out with what ever help I can provide in getting them over the beginning hurdles. I have a showroom studio in New York City. My contact number is 917-446-7189. The phone number can be used all waking hours 7 days a week.
I shoot with Rollei medium format digital. This quarantees a level of file that cannot be achieved with a run of the mill dslr.
My rates are very reasonable and the service is quite unique. I do not do TFP. I try my best to adjust my rates when some one needs help and shows great potential. I must insist on a $ 100.00 down payment to reserve my time. The down payment can be handled through PayPal or we can arrange something. This down payment will be fully refunded if you have to cancel 24 hours or more before the shoot date. If your cancellation is less then 24 hours before the shoot, the down payment will not be refunded.
Any model working with me has unlimited access to my over 1800 volume library on photography in which there are hundreds of books to help them in their modeling career. You will recieve all the images that you want in JPG files for the internet. In addition you will recieve a single high resolution file of each look. These files will range from 50 to 90 Mb depending on the crop. Additional high resolution files of the same look can be purchased. These high resolution files will enable excellent quality prints for your book.
My studio is in the historic Clock Tower Building. Photos of the studio can be seen below. The studio is available at very reasonable rental rates. The studio has a magnificent view of the Manhatten skyline and is minutes from midtown Manhatten.
