About me
Hi all, my name is Shanita Gabriela Hogan. I am what some people would call a "triple threat". I'm a free-lance hairstylist, makeup artist, and photographer. I studied hair and beauty in England at Cambridge Regional College where I received hands-on experience with facials, manicures, pedicures, make up artistry, cuts, colors, pin curls, up-do's, blow drys, braids, extensions, etc. I also went to Huntingdon Regional College (also in England) and took a photography class.
ON LOCATION WORK

**on-set the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age (starring Cate Blanchette) as a media makeup artist for an extra
**Worked as a makeup artist in Maryland, USA with ADA COSMETICS in the spring and summer of 2012. An up and coming mineral make-up brand in the USA
***Main hairstylist and one of 5 make up artists for The Labels pre-show for London Fashion Week on september 1st 2012 in Whitechapel, London
OTHER WORK
**Makeup, hair and photography for parties, ball's, events, weddings, prom's, portraits, family photos and photo shoots.
HAIR & MAKEUP STYLES
When it comes to my work, I am very professional and thorough. I am a freelance hairstylist, makeup artist, and photographer. When it comes to hairstyling, I do everything from cuts and colors to hair extensions. I do all kinds of hairstyles from pin up/vintage to funky, and fun. My makeup styles range from vintage to natural and also on the other end of the spectrum with funky, fun, and edgy looks.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I have little experience when it comes to photography and use a Nikon. I like to use natural light with very little editing, but if the model asks for editing and airbrushing, I will edit the photos to their taste.
