I shoot commercial photography and feel that I am loosing my connection with my creative artsy side. I love the process of creating something and putting ideas together! What I am looking for are models who are willing to collaborate, brainstorm and that enjoy the creative process of creating art.
I have a list of countless ideas that - I feel would be fun to explore. Most of the ideas are based on our struggle from conformity or the unseen struggles of everyday life as to what goes on within the mind and the mystery that we cannot see. Some have a religious tone others are plays on what if... BUT, I am also open to other ideas.
This is how I roll....... If we do TFP.
So you worked with other photographers on here that promised you prints, etc.. but you never heard from them again. Or they sold the images and made money off you and you never saw a dime of it. You feel like your trust has been broken and been taken advantage of.. That is not me.
* You will get digital copies of the work we produce.
* If we decide that the work can be placed in a gallery and offered for sale - you will get 50% of the profits.
* I will not sell the images to be used by somebody else - unless I have your ok and again, - you will get 50% of the profits.
* As far as what I want to do with them, (I have not really decided yet) but perhaps start a website with these images so they can be viewed by others. But that is something we can talk about if you would want it to appear there or not.
My goal for these projects are to have fun and produce art for the sake of making art. AND ART.. For me art is there to provoke a thought and cause a viewer to reflect on their own lives. BUT - I have limits to what I consider art. Images of physical torture and images that depict physical pain - are not what I consider art. There is enough suffering, pain and cruelty in this world, we don't have to be reminded of it. There are ways to show struggle without the physical reality of struggle, which is what I am most interested in.
