About me

My name is Somica Renee and I am a beauty & special effects makeup artist residing in the Birmingham area. I do travel out from Birmingham, Atlanta & Nashville and hope to travel internationally this year. I've been working independently for almost 8 years and recently decided to go back to freelancing for MAC.
I have received training through Toxic Image Studios, Racheal Morgan (film production), James Ryder, & the Aveda Institute and I also do a little bit of modeling.
My style is very sleek, dark, alternative & edgy. I'm more interested in doing pinup, boudior, retro, steampunk, dark/gothic couture, special effects horror inspired type of projects, but I AM NOT LIMITED TO THAT.
I do weddings, runway, photoshoots & film/tv work. I WILL do TF assignments for the right concepts. If you are interested in working together, please feel free to message me.
