Whether fashion, editorial, or conventional portraiture, I want my photographs to create a personal connection between the subject and the audience. I work both in the studio and on location to capture a slice of the personality of my subject, and that personality becomes the soul of the image. It is very important to me to develop a rapport with my subjects so they feel comfortable and collaborative.
I'm based in Portland, Oregon, am originally from Los Angeles, and travel frequently to both N.Y. and L.A.
