  Retired from forensic evidence photography for a large law enforcement agency in the early 80s.  Worked with Kodak Law Enforcement Photography School and the Department of Justice training programs.  Taught photography classes for 22 years to law enforcement agencies across the nation.  Now living in northern Minnesota.

  I am an artist that works mainly outdoors on the north shore of Lake Superior (north of Duluth) during the summer months, shooting nudes in landscapes that will be displayed as prints in galleries.  My work is shown on average in six galleries around the world each year.  The prints of my images are editions of one, and fetch prices ranging from $1,600. to $3,800.  Currently I have eight prints in permanent museum collections and many in private collections around the world.  Galleries are the only outlet for my images.
  Outdoor shoots involve hiking and camping to get to the locations, and require the model to not only be an active outdoor person, but also be willing to sleep in a tent, get in cold streams and get dirty from time to time.  Most require a two day adventure, with you arriving around noon on the first day, shooting in the evening, getting up and shooting in the morning and heading out around noon.
  A side note: I have never killed a model yet.  Not even with my campfire cooking.
  I supply all food and any camping gear needed.  You are welcome to bring your own sleeping bag if you have one but no tent.  The sites I reserve only allow one tent, and at $28.50 per site I am not willing to reserve two.  The tent I work out of sleeps six, so there is plenty of room without feeling uncomfortable.
  Studio work is done at my studio only.  I'm four hours north of the Twin Cities.
  I work with a very limited number of models each year so that we get to understand each other and what it is I am after in a photo session. 
  I no longer do TFP/CD work unless you are one of those handful of models I have spent considerable time shooting in the past or you are interested in working with me on a long term basis, and that is subject to how well we get along and how devoted you are to creating figure work in nature.

  Otherwise my rates are reasonable, and if I am very happy I may forgive them altogether.

*Note: I do not allow escorts. If you feel the need to have someone else along, you do not have enough experience to be working with me.

*Note: I do not photograph anyone with augmentations.  Not even for commissioned work unless you are doing an ad for breast reconstruction after a mastectomy.  I do not partake in projects that emphasize mutilation of the human form.
