As a creative I try and approach ever photo shoot with a new eye. I am at the very core a story teller. The connection between a model and photographer, can be the difference between a powerful image and a subpar picture. While modeling is a version of acting, there is a real art to transforming yourself into a character, without looking like you are trying to be someone else. I think the key is authenticity. Are you willing to put your life experiences on the table, to obtain an image that will jump off the page?

I love many styles of photography from Humanitarian to cultural Old Hollywood to Everyday Editorial. Iconic photographers like George Hurrell inspire me to shape with studio lighting. Visual genius 's like Steve Mehmet and Phil Borges make me want to travel the world to capture incredible portraits.
I have met several models on Model Mayhem, they were very professional and I enjoyed working with them. Thru Model Mayhem I hope to collaborating with Models, Makeup Arts and Art Directors on shoots that will benefit all of us in our bodies of work.
