Light from a new sun has me remembering again that you are a commonly occurring dark spot on the surface of my heart. I went from baked and lightly salted to fermented and highly acidic. Isn’t it beautiful here. The sun raises captured souls and drags them across the fading borders of gravity. Waves crashing and grinding on the rocks gently exfoliating our skin. Things aren’t that bad, yet, so I wander with the water begging for the sand between my toes.
