About MeHello, I'm Allis Lea. I have some experience modeling and would like to continue building up my portfolio. I am an art student and like involving myself in collaborative creations.
I have worked in a makeup studio, helped with various theater projects, and use many mediums for my creative expression. Growing up, I would often do my friends' makeup, choose a wardrobe, and have them pose for backyard photo shoots.
Years later, a friend asked me to work on a film project and I agreed. This led to me acting for in two more film projects and modeling for an amateur makeup artist. I realized I love being in front of the camera as much, if not more, than being the shutterbug. Now I'm looking to network with artists for new opportunities to create some great work.
Working With Me:
I will *POSSIBLY* accept TFP/TFCD
I am reliable and on time. I expect the same level of professionalism in return. I mark my calendar, get directions, come prepared, and communicate clearly. If an emergency should arise, I call, keeping everyone informed and up to date. I warm up quickly. I am not shy, but I do appreciate good chemistry and knowing a little bit about the person I am working with. I take direction very well.
Currently, my hair is light brown, my natural color. I'm a busty girl, so be aware of that with any costuming. I am thin yet curvy, with a pear-shaped body type. I am mildly alternative looking in my natural state, but can "clean up" to look less so.
My ears are pierced. "Keep moving" is tattooed on my feet in small text and there is a small heart on my left back thigh.
I have an good wardrobe and am able to do my own makeup if needed. I'm less skilled with hair styling, but given enough time I can cover that too. If you want to use a MUA, they must be TFP/TFCD or otherwise provided by you.
I will work up to four hours a shoot (exceptions can be made, just ask) and am available most days. I work, but am able to plan my own schedule, so it doesn't interfere with my calendar. I am a full-time student and only have time to dedicate to one project a week maximum. Planning ahead is critical with me.
I have my own transportation and am willing to travel as far as two hours outside of the Olympia area for the right project. I am often in the Seattle area. Beyond that, I would need compensation for travel expenses.
Please provide a copy of the model release for review prior to shoot.
If for some reason I fail to respond to your shoot request, please contact me again.
CreditsAnimato Media - I have worked multiple times with this photographer and have been impressed with the results. He has a great eye! It's been wonderful to work with someone creating work of the quality he produces.
#1895749 OLM Photography - Teddy taught me to be comfortable with candid photographs of myself. He is the first professional photographer I have worked with. He is a great photographer with a wonderful personality. I have never met someone who manages to connect with his models so well before.
Nathan Chinn - Nathan gave me the opportunity to act in his short film. He had a student MUA style my makeup, hair, and help select costuming. He gives direction very well and kept the work atmosphere light while accomplishing all the filming in a timely manner.
Ashley Waldron - Ashley was the MUA for Nathan Chinn's film project. She is very knowledgeable about fashion through the eras. As she applied my makeup, she gave me a step by step, so I could re-create the look.
Robert Gray - I met Robert my first quarter in college. Later he had me act in his short film. He is a great storyteller, got the shots he needed quickly, and edits very well. I would love to collaborate with him again.
